I'm gonna tell you how I did. Open data3.big. Then choose a kitnumber file, e.g. kitnumbers_28_5.rx3. Go to Edit, and click Active .big file's into folder . After this, click on ExportFiletoGamePath. You'll find the kitnumbers folder inside sceneassets. Now you can put any new .rx3 file in this folder, and it'll work.

For name fonts you have to do the same. Choose a .ttf file, e.g. font_6.ttf, do the same method and you'll see jerseyfonts folder inside sceneassets. Copy the .ttf files inside this folder.

Well, we can't edit yet the size of names and numbers. My method is like this: I "ExportFileToGamePath" an original .rx3 file with big numbers and, THIS IS IMPORTANT, with jersey names at the same position. For example, for Inter I used Barça's .rx3; for Bayern, Bayer Leverkusen. Then I rename the exported file: for example, original Bayer Leverkusen home kit_32_0_0.rx3 to Bayern Munchen home kit_21_0_0. rx3. So I open this renamed .rx3 file and import all Bayern's PNG stuff (logo, shirt, shorts and color bumps). Don't forget to open data3.big and activate original kit_21_0_0.rx3. That's it, your number will look just like my screenshot.
