I'm 21, it's for an Italian 101 class. :)

Some other presentations: Short history of pizza (sucked!! plus we had no pizza), sampling of wines, and one girl did some other food (it was rice rolled into a ball, deep fried, and some ground meat/peas were inside..yummy..plus she's HOT).

I decided I wanted to do mine on Serie A, since I can incorporate a bit of history and Italian words into it.

Thanks for all the responses so far, keep'm coming. :) I'm still looking for a map of Italy that has each 2004/2005 Serie A team on it. Thanks again.

I simply went to career, Region 3, and Torino is the very first team on my list. I loaded the game up and double-checked to make sure my memory was right. Are they not available for you?

just face it. nobody cares that people dont show up to the stadium in torino. thats just the way people are over there and i know that for a fact. we can play all of our home matches at our training facility and it wouldnt make a difference because we will still remain as leaders while the only option you have is to follow us
:mrpimp:
so go ahead and keep makin this awesome joke about juve. we have better and more effective jokes about your team and others (H)

its really funny :)
but its getting a little old. and also, how come last season there was no talk about this? and the season before? because things havent changed. its always been like this.

Juve's Serie A attendance average over the past 4 seasons:

01/02: 39,000
02/03: 40,000
03/04: 35,000
04/05: 25,500

notice any changes? :|

and I've got nothing against Juventus, they're probably the 2nd best team atm behind Barca, but it's just funny to see all those empty seats (H)

yes.

did you know that this year all the juve games are transmited in pay tv and that a lot of people has sky in torino? hence why they dont go anymore to the stadium.

did you know that the economic situation in italy, particulary in the piemonte region isnt the greatest? hence why people dont want to pay an amount of euros when they can watch it at the bar paying 2 euros or at a friends house for free.

did you know that those numbers for the last season arent even the 30% of the total serie A games for this season? that number could still go up and the difference wouldnt be that big since last year, but due to the first 2 "did you know´s" that number will remain in the 25.000 region.

:)

so why don't Juve bring ticket prices down a notch if the financial situation in the "piemonte" region isn't the greatest?

and as for the last paragraph, I dont even know what the hell you're trying to say :(

they already brought them down. but people still dont want to go

and in the last paragraph i wanted to say that the average that you gave for this season cant be compared against the past seasons because thats an average of only 11 games against averages of 34 games. whos to say that in the next 27 games left, more people fill the stadium? so the 25.500 average could go up. but i dont think that would happen.
did i explain it a little better?

much better, thank you :p

well, I know what you mean... I mean Juve have yet to face any good teams at home yet (except Roma, if you can count them as a good team)

but I still doubt that it'll go up by 10,000 by the end of the season, unless a bunch of rich, bandwagoning Italians begin to go

it could probably reach the 30000 mark but i doubt it. specially if we keep on winning and milan keeps on tying. then there wouldnt be any point in watching the games at all :crazyboy:
