euhm i saw on wolf's site the form guide so i was very happy with this information(http://www.thewolfpespc.com/FormGuide.htm) (thx Wolf)

but now is my question how do you get red arrows or an other to your players? is it automaticaly or is it how you played the match before ,someone know this?

Mostly random.

Depends on the consistency of the player is my guess.

yup
for me example

okocha get 8.0 with green in match
next match he is on red get 7.5
next match he is on yellow ...

it is worked with rates, consistency and with maybe agility or something...
