well i'll play it safe ....as i don't know how the new rule changes are gonna affect things.

so i'd go with the following for the australian GP

1. M.Schumacher
2. Barrichello
3. Raikonnen

i'll play it safe and say what iceblu says this round :p

1. M.Schumacher
2. Barrichello
3. Raikonnen

but i think this is not a good idea, because it is always the same people up against each other, and not much will really change quickly to make tips different.

1. M.Schumacher
2. J.Montoya
3. R.Barrichelo

if there were a fourth I could pick, it would be Ralf Schumacher ... Mclaren haven't done well early on in recent years.

I'm expecting to see a Toyota car finish ... two good drivers this year.

I don't know about Williams, they admitted that they are going to suck in the first few rounds and then expect to gain more points when it gets to the European rounds. McLaren are said to have a way better car than last year but for Melbourne I think they are still using last year's MP4-17 but with a new engine etc.
About Toyota I think their placings this year will be pretty good. Last year was basically their learning year and now they have updated the whole car with a more powerful engine and better components and I hope that the new rules and regulations will give them that extra edge.

to answer your question mishkin, it was something about tobacco advertising laws in belgium, and the fact that the f1 cars would have to drop the tobacco decals to comply with the law. that's why spa got the chop.

about the tipping comp: DAMMIT! i start with a doughnut. o well, 15 rounds left, plenty of time for me to play catch-up. last time i pick heidfeld for the podium (subject to change, maybe even in time for the next round), tho he has last yr's ferrari powering that sauber.
