[Found] FIFA 16 Arabic Commentary

I was recently contacted by @rotua098 about FIFA 16's mysterious arabic commentary.
Usually, Origin/EA App doesn't give you the option to download arabic commentary. I quickly found out that it is a PlayStation exclusive.
So I got my hands on a decrypted PS4 build of FIFA 16. And there it sits. I quickly yanked the files from the pkg rom and pasted it into my FIFA 16 folder and it works without any problems. So the mystery is finally solved and you can finally play FIFA 16 with arabic commentary.
I've left a download link for anyone who wants to download and try it on the game.

no bro, there a misunderstanding
I said Japanese, as i never heard that before but i found a video about it
Arabic is available for PC, and i use it a lot currently as Saudi League is famous now

amazing job sir for getting that file and converting it
maybe someone in need of Arabic commentary can easily use it now
