Fixed it. I took the wrong .rx3 to import the .cff on.

could you help me import my own version for Chicharito, same error happened to me (YOUR FIST TRY), I cand send you the CFF files and textures

You have to import your cff on the rx3 model you based it on. But send me a PM and I'll try to convert them tomorrow
