Good start on working with the hair. You need to work on his alpha now to get rid of the unnecessary bits, especially from the hairline. Also, I think the face can be a bit better. Try updating the model some more because it lacks similarity right now. Keep up the good progress :)

I made a lot of changes to the model, but I still don't think it great.
I'll fix the pointy vertex on the hair as well, only noticed it now.

Very nice start! And Behrami looks also good, but I agree on the critics that he needs more model updates. But keep it up!
