Hi im using fraps to record my goals but i've got 1 problem when i push the shortcut for recoding it record very slooooowly how can i record fast?? :chew:

Your videocard isnt powerful enough to record and play at the same time without it slowing down
You can try disabling sound and set the record size to half size
