i already knew how to do all that, but the keepers save them EVERY FREAKIN TIME!!!!!!!!!

THIS SUCKS!!! Someone said they wish they don't get free kicks in the game. I'm the same way. I'd rather have the old fifa 97/98 crap.

even A works, so does S and D, but A seems to be better as i have more control

There's no difference in pressing "S" or "D", after pressing "D"....

Uauuu, my congrats. I've been scoring regularly from FK's, since my third ever FIFA 2004 game....

you make it out to be solid to score freekicks but aint hard at all..

Set power up to slow.. then aim the thing just below the crossbar and just inside the post then press D once and then on the way bk press it again and the ball is in the bk of the net..
or you could do as above but leave the marker just inside the post and just above the floor.. you still score!!

Easy as anything!!

just press D then D as close to the red at the right at the power up bar...... then just land the marker i in the green field...GOOOOOOOOL - 2 easy!

It actually depends like on distance from goal as well as shot power. I've seen that if u give a bit more than half the power meter, then ball flies into the stands when taking the kick from 18 yard box. Also when shooting from far out stopping the meter in the accuracy i.e. green arrow within the little space near the left of screen is more important

i now understand how... you just pree [D] once... then press to set the power of the shot, and then [D] again to aim at the green area.

ive score with free kick on cpu its harder. plus on my joystick i cant move my shooter. Anyone know how to do that on joystick

Hi guys!
Each freekick the center right position (when the scorer is right footed) is like a penalty for me. Actualy, i score 7 in 10 (more or less) and never used S key to select the strength. Never heard it before, i always press D key three times.
I think that S or D are exactly the same thing. Whats matter is the aiming, the strength and the final position of the arrow. Considering that u make a good strength aiming the ball will end in the spot u aimed if u get the middle of the green band. It will end i bit at the left or right depending on the final position of the arrow (left or right)
Most of the times u should miss the green band (milimeters) to score a freekick.
