By this way...this is only my opinion. And I have nothing to do...so...here it comes...
Just saw your team. Dude, I am quite surprised...you have a great team...! Start by doing a good training there. The power of it should be strong at least, try getting the best out of them.
I would recommend a 4-4-2 with this team. Your play has to be by the flanks. Zonal marking (Man-to-man only when being overwhelmed, don't forget). Attacking mentality...but don't go crazy. Low creative freedom. Normal pace, and a large width (in the middle of large). Defensive line should be a tick up than normal. When your defensive starts getting along, push up another tick or two. Tackling should be normal. Low wasting time, going up when you are winning confortably. Pressure should be three ticks up (still mixed)
Now...the players.
Goalkeepers - Mmm...sell one of them, at your choice. And buy another. Lux from River Plate is my choice. Shouldn't be too hard to buy him IMO. Or try Francisco Guillermo Ochoa, also another great player. I personally would sell Alonzo and keep Letizi.
Left-backs - Ateba looks solid for an attacking player, but has some things that need to be improved...I would keep him as a second option. Armand surpised me. Great player there. Should be in the left for your team. Should be the player to do it. Sell Dramé.
right-backs - Mendy is awesome! If you want an attacking team, he has to be the right-back to choose. His crossing isn't so good, so it should be mixed. Through balls rarely. No long range for him. Frequent forward runs and run with ball. Tackling hard. Oh...he can also do left positions...:P
central defenders - Yepes is great. In set pieces he has to be there. Rozenhal is good...but not enough...still...adapt him to DMC and MC, as it can be useful. Get new central defenders. Kompany (as you had) is a awesome choices. Also get Nik Besagno...ihe is cheap. If you put him in a intensive training in the first season in 6 months you have a class player. Don't forget...defenders have to be super defensive, with no freedom. And everything on rarely. They can't complicate. Still...they should be in set pieces, especially corners.
defensive midfielders - M'bami has to be one of the defensive midfielders. Too bad he has low marking ability, so he should be the one pressuring the midfield. He has good technique and passing. His long range can be improved by training, leaving him with good freedom to go up in the attacking moves. Don't put him in set pieces, he has heading 5. Now...get Cana (try at all the costs getting him). He should be in the MC position...but he has to be defensive and low creative freedom. Few forward runs and no crosses. His through balls and long range can vary between mixed or frequent, because he has good stats in those. Adapt them totally to MC to get better performance from both players.
midfield - dhorasoo HAS to be on the bench, because he can play in a load of positions. Sell Pietre, Cissé and Haddad.
wings - Róthen at the left...no doubt. Long range and through balls mixed, the rest is frequent. In the right...well...in the right...maybe Pancrate. Wait a season to get Gasbarroni totally free. Keep Djédjé, we will turn a great player (at least in my game he did). If he isn't doing well, then at January start looking for a new player. I have no info on Landrin, is he good? Both of them should have pressure one or two ticks about the team orders for pressure.
strikers - Pauleta and Kalou should be the players for this first season. Pauleta should be that static one. Everything mixed except crosses. Kalou has to be to mobile one. I don't know if he is good at free role, need confirmation. He should pressure the others. Let him have some creative freedom too. Everything mixed except forward runs and run with ball, which should be frequent. Bueno is your secret weapon :x. Put him in difficult situations. And he can rotate sometimes with Kalou and Pauleta.
