Will I get promoted even though I placed second?
Well, unless your name is John Cor**r, you have a very likely chance to get promoted :f***: 36pts, +50 goal differential=a worse league than last year. I could really use some better competition

Well, he obviously missed out. My brother came second and div5 and didn't go up, a mate finished second in div4 and did get promoted. Seems random from what I've seen. (:/)

Oh, and I guess there's a good reason it's random. Different leagues in divisions have a different standard of teams. So with poor competition, a poor team could do well, but with tough competition, a team wouldn't do as well.

Whatever your competition, you still did well by the sounds of it, and sound unlucky. The second placed side in my division had 24 points to my 42. (:/)
