Frustrated With The "Player Retirement" Thing?

Seems to me that no matter what i do, 30 and + year old players will keep retiring in career mode. I thought i'd ask people about this one last time, if there's no solution to this then i will not be playing career mode from now on.

What i've done;

edited playerretirement.ini, and a line in cmsettings.ini, regenerated using File Master. (didn't work obviously), i also transfered players in-game, then transfered them back to their original clubs but they still retire (some even at 29, f*cking hell!!, i won't be surprised if one comes to retire at 20 next time)

So, what i want, if there is a way to ANNIHILATE THIS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE please do tell, i want every player to play at least till 38.

By the way, i also noticed that if you have let's say 6 young players on loan, 3 of your older players in your team will retire. if you have 8 youngsters on loan, 4 of your players will DEFINETELY RETIRE regardless of their age, they can even retire at 28 even the 80+ overalled ones.

I would even consider totally disabling the thing if there's a way you know? permanent footballers LOL.

I lowered every player's age to 18, fixed the problem for me plus I get to see all the stars play a full career.

the game offers what it offers and you have to take it for what it is worth.

we all have our individual dislikes with the game, the gameplay is horrible and unrealistic being developed for children who adore pace abuse.

fouls are like sg members who search before creating a thread, they don't exist but i just have to deal with it.

you should be happy that is all you have an issue with.

I have edited playerretirement.ini and changed MIN_RETIREMENT_AGE to = 33.
No issues whatsoever (no one retired before 33).
You probably have to start a new career.
