No, they didn't add the Portuguese league to the game. It's the same club leagues as was in FIFA 2002.

IMHO Ariel doesn't make rosters. I'm sure FIFA BELENUX, SoccerGamez or some other site will make full dutch league patch, same as last year.

Yeah, but Perth are definitely the best team in the league. They did actually win it, just not the preliminary stage after it, like in AFL Brisbane won both stages.
