Start CM10, then (here an example, little tutorial xD) http://i40.tinypic.com/14wcc5g.png

1. Click on the right button (GK gloves)
2. Click on the Kits button
3. Click on the referee kits and choose your referee kit that you wanna change
4. Import the kit
5. See the preview, save and enjoy!
