he is just 19 years old, he can play for right back, right winger and left winger. he uses both of his legs and has an excellent dribbling ability.
very soon top european clubs will be chasing for this young midfielder, i hope we wouldnt sell him as easily as we did emre. (this guy has a much more potential than emre had)

Arda Turan is a combative young midfielder with high levels of vision and technique and exceptional passing ability.

Club
After turning professional in December 2002 as a product of Galatasaray SK's successful youth set-up, Arda had to wait to make his senior debut until 2004/05 when he made one league appearance as a substitute. He was loaned out to Vestel Manisaspor to gain more experience the following season, with former Turkey coach Ersun Yanal giving him the chance to play in 15 matches in which he scored twice. Manisaspor attempted to keep the player on a further year's loan but Galatasaray refused the offer, instead incorporating him into their first-team plans for 2006/07. He began the season as an influential figure in midfield, playing in both legs of their UEFA Champions League third qualifying round victory against FK Mladá Boleslav.

i just wanted to give you some info about one of our talented youngster, but you decided to say if you are a turk, you cant be a star.
well, i wished we had some brazilian colonies around americas then, ofcourse what ever was left from you.

It's funny how prodictable things like this are... When you see the thread name, you imidiately know it's made by a Galatasaray fan.
And you know that withing the first 5 posts there will be some slagging off.

Newcastle drew Fenerbache(sp?) today in their UEFA group and we had a Turkish invasion on the NUFC board i'm on. Fans from Fener, Gala AND Besiktas ffs!! all slagging each other off then giving all the Toon fans some lip. I can resume it all in five words: What a bunch of wankers.

1. Sometimes people make threads about other teams but their own.
2. Seeing the title this could have been done by no one other (ie. no doubt possible) than a Gala fan is what was meant.
3. I would have been an idiot if I HADN'T worked it out... and that was kinda my point ... predictability, yeah?

No. If an honourable person had said that yes I might have been sad. Insults from hotheaded lunatics, I don't really find offensive.

I was just putting a point accross, pointing out certain obvious things, and start getting insulted. Which, if anything, kinda proves my point, so thanks for that.
