Game Lag

Hello,
when I start playing a match, everything works fine, then i start getting lags/stalling when I press keys ( i use a keyboard) but it stops when i release the keys..it plays for a while and starts again..any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

my system info is
windows 7
ATI mobility radeon HD 5650
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz, 1600 Mhz, 4 Core(s)
8GB RAM

RAM: 3 GB
Video Card:Nvidia GeForce 7300 GT 256 MB

I have ordered the microsoft xbox 360 controller for windows, though I am not as good with a pad, but will try..do you think its because of the keyboard? thanks

most likely, the data ea gives on supported controllers/keyboard says almost all keyboards arent supported.

& unless the 360 controller you are getting is wired you will need the wireless receiver too.
i would recommend wired, doesnt require batteries.

i have all wireless w/ rechargeable batteries, but the downside is when i turn the controller on for windows if it was previously synced to my 2 360s it turns them both on.
so i just pull the plugs from the backs of my 360s when i want to play pc.
