First off, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, so if a moderator could put this in the right place, that would be much appreciated.
My problem is that my father just upgraded my processor from a Dual Core to another Dual Core on my desktop (e4500 to a e8400, if that matters) and when I start playing either FIFA, everything runs smoother, but the players and the ball move about 2x to 3x faster than it should be running at. It looks like a speedhack of some sort, but it's happening to everyone. I also tried this on NBA 2k13, same thing. The players move like bullets across the court.
Does anyone know if there's any setting or override that might be taking place which is speeding up my applications?
EDIT: The startup BIOS shows new processor, but system information shows the old processor. That might be the problem.
