IS FIFA 2004 SLOWER THaN 2003..? It seems like players run slower, they give slower passes, etc.. or can it be a particulary defect of my PC (or something relationed with the video card)?

Yes EA slowed down the gameplay, but trust me, it's a good thing, no one can run up and down the field like you could on 2003, not Man U, not Real Madrid...no one.
