Game time cards / Ea`s server ?

Hi Guys.

Im a Fifa Gamer from Denmark. Iv been playing at Ea`s server for 14 days now. Then today I was told that my free 14 days try was over, and I shoud type in my "Gamt time Card" code. I found the card in my game pack, but in the frame where there should be a code, there was nothing ? Any of you tried that ?
Iv tried to write to Ea...... so Ill get a answere around next year at this time. Sucks.
