Anyone else have this problem?

Other than that, this gamepad works great!

I have the same stick. You have to press the right "inside" key on the pad, and hold it while using the right stick. Then the players will be controllable. Also works on free kicks, to point on where to hit the ball.

I tried it, and the right analogue stick is working now. But unfortunately it only goes to the right, not to the left. I tried recalibrating the stick, but that doesn't change it.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hmm, I can't think of what it could be. Under his first post he corrects himself; key 4 should have the value 36, and 5 should have the value 35. Other than that, I'm unsure.

I haven't tried but I've only heard one thing about it - it's lagging. I wouldn't buy one.

For van Hooijdonk

This is what i did:

First, download the new drivers of your gamepad at www.thrustmaster.com. Then, install them.

Second, go to this thread
http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthre...mp;pagenumber=1
and follow the instuctions. Do exactly what it says in there, but remember that the 35 goes in the 5 key, and 36 in the 4 key.

Then, after you are done with the regedit, go to the control panel ---> game and controls... and choose the trustmaster gamepad properties. Calibrate it in there

Finally, but this is an option, go to www.thrustmaster.com and download the thrustmapper utility, in order to change the buttons the way you want. * DO NOT install the thrustmapper before calibrating your gamepad, since the thrustmapper disables that option.

Thats it, and it will work fine.

Hey I need an advice.
This thrusday is my birthday and I want to buy a nice gamepad.
I've been thinking and browsing some of the websites of the stores near my house and I've seen a great gamepad called: FireStorm Dual Power GamePad, and it's into the money I can spend... it's $159.
Does someone have that GamePad? Does it work with in FIFA 2004?
Thanks in advance.

See ya!

BTW, EA have confirmed that control will be customizable in the full game. So if your controller has button in uncomfortable places you can change them in the full game.

Believe it or not, I only just found this out.

Cool, I'm using the same setup as last year's default - I'm used too it. :).

Dude, like half of this thread talks about that gamepad. It is not 100 % compatible, but you can do a fix to make it 100%

Sorry bro, but no one mentioned the complete name, everyone said 'Dual power'... so I didn't know if it was the same.
Thanks anyway

See ya!
