this is why this forums are dying ; because of morrons like you guys; vader was just tryng to get some help; anyways you got some great ideas their vader; people here think because pes6 is better than fifa 07 the game its perfect, its not, its got a lot flaws; you wont find anybody who can help you around here mate; you should go either to evo-web.co.uk or wevolution.org ; their you will find the hardcore editors; maybe talk to juce on wevolution or to ariel in socceraccess; theirs gwidon too; but i dont know which is his forum he wonders.

I agree there are things that could be worked on. As far as the dumb AI, I find that if you increase the game difficulty, it kind of takes care of the AI problem. Like when you do through balls, there is always a defender on your ass

-Club
-International
-The difference between European and South American soccer.

I was about to drop the idea and never re-visit. But after the very positive posts that you have also given me I will certainly try to collaborate with as many of you are willing to provide ideas.

I want to change the gameplay for PES6 for PS2 at the moment.
For those who are concerned..FIFA is not a game of my liking at all...The fact is that many PES6 aspects are resempling FIFA and this is what I want to alter.

For me, Pes6 is the best Konami's Football i have played yet.
i think to make it better just need a patch with sounds... etc etc

i love it! i play it since 1995, in ps1
when exist just the japanese league

im from brazil and here all my friends loved pes6

Thats the old version of the link I posted.

He made a few versions and released a final version a couple of days ago.

I don't know anyone who have tried it that doesn't think its much, much better than the original version.

The game plays much more realistic and when playing against the computer, its like playing a real person as it behaves more unscripted.

I agree. GK mostly are random. Even the best goalkeeper can sometimes be worse than others with much lower stats.
For example...Dida commits crimes everytime I chose him and I prefer to have him substitute.

Anyhow I do not know how can I alter this unless I give them some more balance maybe. or even teamwork may work.

I plan to reduce acceleration to all units by a certain percentage to remove the supernatural abilities of some and the back and forth torso occasional happening.

Also a reduce of speed around 5% would provide more realism IMO.

What do you think?

i think the game is perfect as konami made it...:brow:

Goalkeepers are goods and you should learn how use them manually...
The gameplay is good and you must learn how play it: differently style than in PES5...
The speed is good if your pc and your GPU's filters are correctly configurated...
So if you want to change something, make it, but I dont think the game need it...

Speak to Juce. Not only is he damn good at modding and all things programmig, but he will listen AND help you if he can.

Why anybody would want to slag off another for wanting to try to improve the game is totally beyond me...get a life,eh?

Lol making a few hundred posts in this forum makes
you non noob does it so how comes you've never heard
of darth mod for rome total war a masterpiece of game modding.
As for the option file on evo web all it does is change stats and
it's crap as far as the teams you end up with etc it has not made
the gameplay that much different at all.
