Gameshark HELP please

whats up....just got back from this gay ass blackout that the east cost united states experienced......anyway........i have gameshark i think v.2.2 and for some reason when its loading it says loading codes , it says this 2 times and on the third when the message scrolls by it freezes.....now i dunno what could of happened.....i tried on another ps2 and it did the same thing... is their any way i can use the CD without the MC since im not using codes ...and does anyone know what happened ???

Does it say that before WE loads, or before the actual gameshark loads?
IF it's WE, as you may know, you can just choose to play "without codes".
IF you mean before the actual gameshark loads up.....I'd say go to your browser and delete anything saved on that gameshark MC and see what happens.

thanks for the help,.....i tried and it wont do that b/c the PS2 wont even read the MC...when i put a normal one in it reads it but once i put the gameshark one in it just keeps browsing.....and the problem is when gameshark loads up and the screen comes upwhere theirs a shark and on the bottom it starts scrolling.....'loading gameshark code list' or something to that nature....and it scrolls by twice and on the 3rd time it just freezes....im guessing since the ps2 didnt read the mc that the MC is just broke.....im assuming theirs no way to use the GS cd without the MC
