all this "credit" shit was started by that damn ariel santarelli,in fifa2000 he made an amazing fox sports tv patch,and someone used that shit to make another patch and i think that wasnt "allowed" so all those fifala crazy guys made a huge problem out of that..and they said they werent going to release any patches like that because people was "stealing" their work..well not stealing..i clearly remember the word they used and it was "piracy" lol...

Dude he made an amazing fox sports tv patch. Why would he make it for someone else to use? it is stealing should at least ask him. I don't think anyone understands that when someone makes something it doesn't make it right for someone else to use and release it under his name. I think I am reasonable about that and why say that "damn" Ariel? that is rude. The guy is talented and is tired of people using his hard work without any credit to him. What is the use of doing something if someone else says wow that is good work I think I will use it without permission. It is looked down upon like Joe said.

i think you guys are all lying the blame on Lukos. Alright, he may not have invented 2GK, nor 2S. But the fact that he is the first to have 2GK2S make him the first. Ariel hasn't done that and this isn't called stealing. What makes you think that the only person in the world who had this 2GK idea is Ariel?
I can tell you there are far more talented people than him who knows all of this. People from FIFATOLOGY, FIFAMANIA, TUDU invented all this great tools to allow such cracking stuffs to work. So why not thank GreyMana for his ConRav? FIFAMania for those G2 and G3 stadiums viewer and utilities. Aha, these are the real people behind all the hardwork. Yes, being a hardcore patch maker here, it is tough to build stadiums, but it WOULDN'T even be possible without the invention of ConRav and G2 Stadium Viewer. So back to the main point...
To ZePenguin, it's not lame at all, it's a bout your integrity. I take this FIFA scene as a build up to my future careeer life. This FIFA scene is made up of mainly teenagers like us. None of our sites make money, apart from Matt Holme's SG. Such copyright stuffs are protected. It is not officially copyrighted but anyone who steals or uses without the permission of the original author should consider himself a failure and a loser. That's why it doesn't matter at all. The person himself would have to realise that he is doing such acts to demote himself, make him look so silly and he'll get laughed at by everyone. You know it's not all about money here, it's about how to be a person. Integrity, guts, creativity and originality.
I am no thief. I invented 2S myself. Although inspiration did come from my good pal, SilverStream. Such new techniques and inventions should be acknowledged. Kits and other textured stuffs are always arguable, but i believe the most important things are the tools and techniques to make such kits or stadiums possible. Without them, there'll be no one here now........

I do not believe patch makers should have to resort to copyrighting their work, however I do believe that people should respect the wishes of the patch maker and those patches should only be reproduced with the consent of the creator(s).
As for 2GK, respect Ariel's wishes, since he made 2GK (well I think it was him) then we should at least do as he says in regards to them. As for 2S, it should be whoever made them's choice as how to distrubute, use or do whatever to them.
Copyrighting should not be an option only respecting the wishes of the creator.
