I thought Per was born in 85. Mertesacker "not so much better" than freaking Huth? :| Mertesacker has been performing on a high level for two years. He was one of the best defenders at the WC. Hannover has conceded 11 goals in the first three games without him, that says it all. Huth MIGHT turn out to be a class defender but it's definitely a risk to sign him for that insane fee. And I doubt Boro have more money than Bremen tbh.

As for Hamburg, yeah, losing VdV for two months sucks for them but Sorin gives them more flexibility.

On the bench where he belongs. Somehow Demel, a scrub at Dortmund, turned into a class player.

naw he's not the type of player that belongs on the bench, he has been playing a very important role in HSV's success, even the last time they were in the Champion's league, remember the game against juventus?

I prefere to have Hargreaves in Kader, we've not money's troubles.

Mahdavikia is a really good player to me, he's very fast and he'll be precious for HSV this year.

Top-favorit to me is Werder Bremen, they're more "hungry" than us......

I'm totally against it, it wouldn't only hurt lots of clubs in the Regionalliga (current 3rd division) it would also kill some clubs in the Oberliga (4th division).
