in FIFA 2003, it got pretty annoying and repetitive that whenever a player tackled a foul was given nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME! even when the opposition had the ball! this is very unrealistic, we also needthe referee to use his 'hands' more - ie when blowing his whistle, when giving a free kick, corner or goal kick etc. this would be very cool.

no is not, every time you tackle is not a foul, you have to time it right, if you got the ball fair it wouldnt call a foul

What he means is an advantage clause, in real life if you got tackled by your opponent, but your teammates managed to get the ball or you managed to pass it to a free teammates, the reff won`t blow the whistle, he is giving an "advantage clause". I once kick a ball and it goes into the net, that should`ve been a goal, but because the CPU players tackles me just before the ball went in, the reff blowed the whistle and the goal never happened.
