is it the exact same as fm2002 like having prem,dive1,2,3,conference and all of that or is it just to have the teams in the uefa and all of that?

where can i download it from,and yes it does sound like a good game but,are all of the real stadiums on there or is it like fapremleagu manager2001/02 when all of the belgium sides are the same stads
