What's to crack?? ENG.DB is just a string file with two fields, a numeric text id and a variable length string in standard offset format. This hasn't changed since FIFA 2005 days (or maybe before).

Just for the record the only difference between this ENG.DB and the standard one installed with the game is to change text id 20140 to be a lot shorter so that it fits on the screen (it is the help that comes up when you click on the question mark icon from the main 'Be A Pro' menu screen) at the expense of a lot of the information contained therein. I say, don't bother.
