don't know if there is a definative list anywhere, but for most, you can guess as most goalies match footwear and gloves. So if a goalie like dida wears lotto boots you can give him lotto gloves, buffon = puma etc.

Not true for all but for a lot is ok.

Now how am I supposed to change the gloves? Does it work with the latest Graphic studio or should I use Kitserver?
