I went to a goalkeeping clinic once hosted by a guy named Mick Payne who played in the EPL back in the 60's and early 70's, and he told us a story one time about a keeper who was holding the ball in one hand, and some guy came up behind him, headed it out of his hand, and then kicked it into the goal while the keeper stood there stunned.
