I think this "glitch" has been around since PES4. It happens so often that it must be a stock animation when the goalkeeper saves the ball off the line. It really appears that he handles it behind the line. I think its just a bad animation, not a real bug, per se.

Agree Viva , the whole of the ball is not over the line and in a game like Pes Ive even seen ones where the curve of the ball is still touching or on the line ! No goal ..

Its much the same with the offside , you see the red line appear and Ihave seen my player with his body in line with the defender and his bent knee sticks out breaking the red line OFFSIDE !
