Errr to clear up some compression issues...
filessize does not always relate to the visual quality, fenerbahce away kit is small because it only really uses shades of dark blue.
The other issue is when reducing to 256 colours, brighter colours always take priority over dark colours. The only way of getting a decent range of shade in dark areas is to use 'Error Diffusion', but I personally dont like the dotted effect it gives when viewed up close.
Jim, thx for doing Bilbao kits. I haven't seen any pics of the new France home kit, when I do I'll make it.
MadAZNFootballe: Turkey kits are great in Wolf's kit pack.

YOu could easily clear it all up by Releasing just one Picture like your Fenerbahce away Kit as BMP (before you made it a *.bin)!

Putting the BMP into the BIN does not alter the quality, you could extract the exact BMP file from my BIN files as those I put into them :)
If I uploaded an uncompressed BMP (16mil colours, instead of 265) it would be useless because it would require the downloader to compress it themselves before importing it into a .bin file.

Anyway, gonna go make those Besiktas GK kits.

hmm, i see ... but no other 256 Color Kit i know has these color fragments like your *.bin files got ...

sometimes i get the same error especially when putting an all white kit into we picture decoder, then the filesize has to be reduced and i get the same fragments ... (hard to discribe)!

Just did a little test, it appears that Photoshop reduces colours a little better than PSP, so I think I'll use that to compress them from now.

I knew there must have been a reason, i didn´t know you didn´t use Photo Shop, otherwise i could have told you, cause i am using photoshop, too !! I heard many people do ...

Great News Gobby!

Maybe you can now (i mean from now on) publish some of the old High Color Cameroon Kits through via Photoshop and maybe get a different, maybe better result!

Updated Dutch home and away kits.

- adjusted home colour
- added shorts details
- removed badges from shorts
- adjusted home collar
- changed home socks colour to be lighter than the kit - check photos :).
- Nike captains arm band
- mesh underarms and bottom of shirt

yep u can see they are different colour. It cos they can't make the socks out of the same material as the shirt :p
It hardly notices in game anyway.
