Im basically playing in the EPL in 2003/2004 with a sucessful yet very foreign side. I want to change that my anglicising my squad by adding more english players. Can suggest good english players that should be capable of filling these gaps in my squad?

I want quality players but i do not want to spend an arm and a leg on the. basically looking for players like Lescott who are cheap (1-2M) and capable of making the step up. This means that please dont tell me that Michael Owen and Joe Cole are good. I know this. By english i do mean ENGLISH. Scots and Irish need not apply sort of thing

Beats me mate. But why I'm God's name do you want only English? I can suggest a few Irish and Scotts that are real hot if you know what I mean.

i think David Prutton(D/DM C R) and Adam Proudlock(FC) are both ideal signings. but each of them might cost more than 2M, maybe from 3M ~ 5M. buy them and u wont regret, they are pretty young and capped at England U21 level.:cool:

DL try Graeme Le Saux. Cheap and good (but a bit old). THE BEST, HOWEVER IS MILLWALL's DAVID LIVERMOORE.

Steve McManaman can be picked up quite cheap when he turns thirty for MC. TRY TIM CAHILL OF MILLWALL - HE's CLASS.

Danny Mills for DR (Leeds sell him cheap as he doesn't get 1st team footbal there) MATT LAWRENCE OF MILLWALL IS GREAT AND CHEAP.

AMC try Worksops Chris Waddle. Old at 42 but a £10'000 who could refuse. Also, Norwich's Mark Rivers. MILLWALL's PAUL IFILL SCORED 31 IN A SEASON WITH CHELSEA.

For FC try Darius Vassel or Dion Dublin who are both quite cheap. Also, Leon Knight and Shoala Ameobi. MILLWALLS NEIL HARRIS WON PLAYER OF THE MONTH 7 TIMES IN A YEAR IN ONE OF MY GAMES WITH MILLWALL.

FOR QUALITY ENGLISH PLAYERS - MILLWALL IS THE WAY TO GO!!!!

Yes well Leon Knight of Chelsea is definetly the way to go. And if you are lucky enough, you can also get Ljungberg pretty cheap 2-4 mil, in the first season.
