Why not just paste the .rx3 files and put them in your FIFA 16\data\sceneassets\shoe directory? Just rename the file to whatever you desire for instance "shoe_500.rx3" and the texture as well. Then implement by using CM16.

You can download CG File Explorer 16 from Fifa Infinity or Moddingway and extract every png file from the rx3 textures. Its not a hard thing to do
