Gravis gamepad pro

Anyone else playing with a Gravis gamepad pro? Care to share the controls that you have found out?

The only one of interest that I managed to find was these (maybe I should buy a new pad):

Modifier + Shoot = fake shot
Modifier + Off the ball = Change tactics

Throw in to player = Lob-button
Throw in over player = Pass through-button

Off the ball toggle player = Off the ball button repeatedly
Off the ball-pass = Lob-button

Header = shoot button (tap works fine, if held long the meter will show)
Head ball in air to player = Lob-button


As you can see, not much to cheer about :( Why doesn't the modifer button do moore? Anyone who can add to this list?

having the same issue. I have been liaising with EA support and the guy replying says that the Modifier button on the Gravis should do the same as the shift. DOH! I've written back today explaining page numbers in the manual and the difference between the two. If I hear anything else I'll post it.

IT'S A NON-STARTER!!!

EA have provided the following reponse.

"I have had confirmation back now with regard to this controller. There is no way to get this controller to offer First touch control. You will need a controller with dual analogue control in order to gain full functionality in this game.

Hope this helps answer your query.

To be fair to EA they have responded within 24 hours to each query, it's me that's not at home to read the e-mail!

Only thing is, it means the game costs me more than £50 as having bought it I now have to buy antother bloody controller to play it! And reading through the boards today their does not seem to be a single one in the "compatible" list from EA that anyone can say "Yep, this one works just fine"!!!!

And before going off to watch my beloved Derby County I was going in to town to buy one. Anyone on-line who has any suggestions before I depart?

dude, where do you mail EA to ask for help?

I can't seem to find the help email addres anywhere all I find are premade read/hep yourself pages.
