I am guessing here, but is the program a ini file editor? If it is, it is definitely not possible to load save games like the way described. i.e. only friendly games is possible.

I also use VB, but there are actually many many problems with the programming language.....one of which is....It's made by Microsoft!

This tool is indeed a ini file editor, but that doesn't mean I can't make other tools

Resolutionproblem solved, you can know select your resolution! The tool is ready now. Now we start testing the tool and it will be released very soon @ SoccerGameZ!
