i have created new utility-THE ULTIMATE CHEATER 2003.
this is available to download on SG download centre.TUC is an incredible and easy to use utility. It allows you to install 40+ cheats and other options for Fifa 2003!

One question... I have my own custom settings, and I am sure a lot of other people do too so they will benefit from this also, but can you please tell me where to add the command so I can play in a certain stadium regardless of league/cup/friendly?

The great feature of TUC is it do not change or delete any custom settings in soccer.ini.So you can enjoy TUC cheats without loosing your custom settings

When im playin the game, i always see the fps in the upper right corner, how can i turn it off?

to get rid of the fps just click or unclick the box that says show performance stats or something like that
when i used this programme before all the players were missing on screen un less on the far side of the pitch and playing with shadows is quite hard
any help on that from any one?

I had this same problem and I had to uninstall the prog and reload my ini files from the CD. Then, with a little more playing, I figured out that the baked lighting parameter was causing this to happen.
