The direct download is right there. It's a large mod that needs additional housing online. It is 100% free to download so I'm not sure what the issue is?
I don't see any direct download links. All I see is a link to your Patreon (which I removed).

The mod is free. If people want to get it faster or have specific requests, they can pay. I don't think you fully understand the amount of effort that goes into making kits, installing them, maintaining the kit specifics (collar, numbers, etc) then testing. When I was simply making kits, I didn't have a problem providing them for free but this whole project takes hours every day to update. If it was greed, I would have asked for money from the start. I've made $10 on kits in the last 4 years. Appreciate everyone enjoying the mod and that'll continue to be free but do not mistake providing an option to get SOME recognition with me quitting my day job.
