ground cross and penalty kick

i am not able to make ground cross even after tapping the cross button quickly 3 times.i was able to do it easily in fifa 09.also not able to change direction when making a lob shot during penalty kick , it goes straight in keepers hand.

is anyone else having this difficulty ?
is there any way to make the above shot successfully ?

same for me, a lob shot for penalty has no direction to aim at all except center.
How about others? Is it the same?

havent seen even A.I make ground cross,which was plenty in fifa 09.

Finally yesterday i'd scored my first goal from ground cross, when I'm scoring in most of my games using this play on fifa10.
On demo, u can barely make a good cross, most of the time is cuttted by the defense.

on which pass setting were u able to ground pass?automatic or manual ?
also so we hv to tap fast or slow?

U can make the ground pass on both, and need to tap fast in order to perform that play.
