this was by far the worst reffed game of the tournament. i watched it as a neutral and i seriously got pissed off at howard webb for ruining the game the way he did and basically allowing two goals to happen that should of never happened along with some other questionable decisions. why is uefa still calling up english refs for these big events? epl refereeing sucks!

But I don't think he called the penalty because he allowed an offside goal, so he didn't repair his mistake with another, he just made the call and all in all, the result was fair.
