Right now I'm stuck on a mission. It's where you have to go on top of Mount Chilliad and take a photo of that guy in the house (cant remember the name), the house seems to be surrounded by police but that's not the problem..my problem is that when I failed the mission, I can't seem to do the mission again. There is nobody I can goto for work. So, I'm just wondering if I go to the top of the mountain will the mission begin? I don't know if you understand what I mean, it's really hard to explain, but some help would be really....helpful.

I'm a GTASA newbie... (GTASA for PC)

...but I need some help in modding it! I've been trying to replace those sucky shoes CJ wears, but when I try to replace the trexture in the txd file, I get "stream read error". Anybody has any idea why this is? When I extracted the original bmp from the txd, I was able to import it back without a problem - I only get the stream read error with the bmp's I edit. I have a few Adidas, Puma and Asics sneaks to put in for starters, but this error is getting me really annoyed now. Help, anyone?

Mission Accomplished

Would anybody be interested in a mod that changes CJ's shoes? Well... not all of them... but there'd be some nice shoes to wear while you go around killing, stealing and 'drinking hot coffee'...

Damn, the game won't start anymore... I double click the icon, then I get the hourglass for some seconds, and nothing happens (I do get the process running if I ctrl alt del though)... I try it again, I get an error message...
Reinstalling didn't work, deleting .set file didn't work...
can anybody help me? thanks in advance...

changes made recently? Any software installed that could contain something that could possbile mess with your systems config/and/or drivers? Any mods/tweaks done? (to the game obviously)

the only change I made within the game was to turn off gang colors on the map, but that shouldn't mess it up completely...
no software installed, but I did a system recovery to a point where the game was fine... and it didn't work...
I also installed new Nvidia drivers after the problem, hoping for a miracle... it didn't work either...
I've searched the web and I found people with the same problem... and no way to solve it unless Rockstar decides to release a patch...

you have to go to angel pine (sorry if wrong spelling), the place near the save point to do the mission once again. during the mission, just make sure you sneak into the house and kill that guy first follow by those police. after that, just take your time to capture the photo

Just purchased this game, pure class i have to say, i've got one problem, sometims the people disappear, you can see bits and parts of them, and also i'm stuck on a mission it's the Cesar Vilvanpando one, how you get the car with Hydraulics, and you do some stuff with music, wtf do you do?

ok, the arrows come from the side of the screen, and using the right analog stick, you press the direction of the arrow when it is exactly in the circle. All about timing

if you mean how to get a car with hydraulics, just look for the car that similiar to the initial 1 (if you blow the car like i did ). i'm not sure what's the name, is it name "voodoo"?

Try to increase the value of the "Draw distance" option, because that's all that comes to my mind when you say that people are disappearing somewhere near you. But if bits and parts appear, a screenshot would be helpful.

oh yeah, i used a dual action on my pc, forgot others risked losing the use of their hands by using the keyboard

it's kinda ok after you get the hang of it... except the flying classes using the heli to shoot targets...

anyways... my GTA got to work again after I uninstalled some games... not because I thought it'd help, since I had them before SA, I just needed some space...
