hope they actualy put some work in this convertion of the game for PC... At least improving textures and 3d models just a little bit

San Andreas was improved a great deal over the previous GTA games. Character control, number of different vehicles, map size, storyline length.

Still looks like crap to me.

well, the gfx are crap :P It looks like a 3-4 years old PC game, at least. Doesnt mean the gfx play all the role, but when i play games like doom and HL,and go play GTA after that, this game looks like ****e graphix wise.

but seriously why should you even care about graphics? the game is so much fun to play and it offers so much that it's impossible not to love it.

My order has been posted. Its a limited edition version, says:

Limited Edition includes Novella

Anyone any idea what this is talking about? :$

"Today we can reveal the first details on the limited edition version of GTA: San Andreas for PC. The game will ship with a "novella" which was described to me by a retailer as being a "prequel".

The retailer I spoke to described it solely as "a book" and stated the information received was straight from Take 2.

The listing of the "novella" has appeared on the websites of Gameplay, Amazon and Play.com.

Update: Rockstar have now confirmed to me that the PC version will ship with the novella worldwide and that it is a "very nice looking book"."

there you go nicky.

Right, so it'll basically be a little book saying how some niggers got pissed off by other niggers because they annoyed so many niggers, 'n ****e?

Anyhow, graphics aren't really an issue. Especially when you consider the pure scale that GTA:SA is on. It's the biggest game I've played, in terms of the size of the playable area. Plus there's so much to do.

yeah i've had the PS2 version for months, while i dont find it addictive in the sense that Vice City was, i still go on it now and then and find TOTALLY new things to do, which is really cool to be honest. Great game.

I found the military fuel plant last night. Took the helicopter for a spin, landed it in traffic and waited for a big explosion. Shame it popped when my back was turned :(

I've heard it won't work with a Geforce4 MX... I know the MX sucks but it was the best I could afford... now I'll have to buy another card AND a DVD game... that's gonna hurt my pocket... badly....
