Guide to making Faces!!

Can some of you face makers write a detailed guide on making your own faces so we don't have to wait for all the busy face makers to make and release their faces first. It's not their fault, they're busy and we overload them with requests. If we had a guide then we could sit and do it ourselves.

i used a FTP manager and it seems to be working, im' still puzzled how 300 mbs video was compressed to 13 mb file. That is just amazing.

One more question if possible ManU, can I use faces for PES4 created by Modders onto WE8 , do i need a converter or anything. Is there a Graphic Studio but for WE8.

the thing is that the guide is made for we7 and at the end he inserts it as a black and white. Also, I can't find a ACT file for the colors either. please help asap

here is the face I made, if anyone can turn this into proper colored face ready for insertion into bin, please tell me.

i saaw it happen in the tutorial using some kind of color table in photoshop although in the end he still insterted it into the game Black and whtie , it's kind of confusing since it was for PES3.
