Not Pay Per View, but i used to have a monthly subscription package which included ESPN Deportes and GolTV ($5 per month). It also included some random channel that showed Chilean league.

ESPN Deportes shows Champions League games, so that's useful, as you can get more games than the standard ESPN2 one-game-per-round deal. They also show some international fixtures, also useful as regular ESPN shows none of that. If you happen to like the eredivisie, i believe they show some matches.

I personally didn't like ESPN Desportes too much. I only watched it for Champions League, which i guess is worth $5 per month if you're willing to pay. I used to cancel it every summer and re-order in the fall to save the $20 when the CL isn't running.
