Has Owen Hargraves been capped for England yet?

Does anyone know if Bayern Munich's Owen Hargraves has been capped for England yet? (or Wales?)

Just wondering if there's still any hope for him being capped for Canada....

I think he has played his first cap for england in a friendly. Sorry :)Not so sure if he even got of the bench though

no he hasn't been capped thats for the full squad

he has been capped a couple of times for the u21s

Hargreaves has been capped for England now, against Holland. Although Danny Murphy has been called up for the Germany game, maybe he could do better on the left. Early days.........
