In South America, the "Hand of God 2" is seen as one of the top 5 most brilliant moments in the continent's history. It's celebrated mainstream all the time. I've seen it. And that's football's co-most important continent. But I get that some people would be bitter. Mexico, for ex, have never made a Semi Final ever. And yet Uruguay makes it to their 5th Semi Final with that fluke 1 in a million play? Damn, I'd be bitter too.
Suarez' handball was less discreet than Maradona's. It's not a fluke if it's blatant.
BTW, you're Scottish right?
Scotland's never actually made it out of the group at a WC.
