Having a lot of trouble with game!

i've got a big problem with my pes3 pc it started happening about 2 weeks ago i've searched everywhere and tried everything i can find/understand my game is very jerky and goes from fast to slow and it totally ruins the game i'm wondering if anyone can help me please i am really pissed off as i can no longer enjoy the game

Use 3d analyzer you can find it using google.com or you can get cm4 speeder.If you run both toghether you might get even better results.
