I would guess your problem lies in your running track-texture... try to have a closer look at that... maybe also have a look at the alpha-file

There are two ways to solve this trouble I suppose:
1) use Photoshop or similar and open the TP-XX.png file; resize the area of every single object that shows this problem to 1-2 pixels over the object area bounds...
2) open the .o file with oedit and from the texture menu open the TP-XX BMP texture with "Manage textures", select the single part reguarding the texture and apply to it the loaded TP with "Apply to current part".
than use "UV map editor" that shows in a separate window each area for each object and remap the objects in right way.
