I read an article that Olympiacos had sold him to Monaco for $4.5 million which makes no sense considering Arsenal offered the club $8 million last season for the player.

OSFP is still holding him for some reason......they probably want to ruin his career.....won't be the first player they have done that to. They're not going to play him and he doesn't want to play. It's a stalemate really. I hope they trade him to Monaco he deserves better than Greece at this stage.

2 games down and what a game Olympiakos Xanthi was. the only reason Oly won was Rivaldo Xanthi outplayed them and deserved to win 1-0. but alas that is Rivaldo. oly better pray he doesn't get hurt because they are screwed. Xanthi will go far in europe if they play as they did today.

Xanthi almost pulled off the upset of week 1 against Olympiakos, but lost composure in the end and gave in to .....Rivaldo!

....honestly if Olympiakos plays like this they are going to be in for a long season.




Atromitos fought back from a 2-0 deficit to tie OFI 2-2!

Panathinaikos didn't do better.....yeah the score was great 4-1 but if something happens to Salpingidis they have no answers up front.....the passing was poor and defense was subject. Great win none the less.

Finally the event of the week was...........THE FANS OF PAOK!!!!!......unbelievable atmosphere they created in OAKA.....They were chanting for the entire game and would not give up!!!! Mind you the stadium was packed with 30,000 AEK fans! PAOK fans that made the trip to Athens were around 2500! and you could hear them the entire game! as soon as I find video of this I will post here.....PAOK fans are unreal!
Mind you their team is on the brink of bankrupcy!
