Help backing up files in FIFA 06

I know, I'm a new guy and have asked a ton of questions here in the past two days. Like I said before I've been debating getting this year's FIFA or waiting for next year's. This is my last one.

I reinstall windows a lot and since I won't be able to edit files once I begin a career mode, what files do I need to backup in order to reinstall the game with my career mode and continue it safely?

The items I'll edit before I begin a career mode are to change the team's stadium(s) and chants with Creation Center 06 and I'll use a roster update I got from Breamster's site (at the kind recommendation of Solskjaer).

So what files will I be making backups so I can reinstall the game and continue my career mode? Thanks much guys/gals! Keep Gaming!

I always make a back-up the whole DATA folder, and to continue your career make a back-up of the FIFA 06 folder in MY DOCUMENTS, these are the most important files to keep a copy of.

..and if I have missed something ther are loads of guys here that will remind you i'm sure.

There is an utility on Fifa Korea, Fifa Backup utility 1.0 with a save and restore function, I tested it, it is very useful, and takes backups a lot faster than when you would copy the whole folders by hand in explorer. The only "downside" is that you can't take multiple backups. (sometimes an editing error only appears after a few days/weeks so I keep backups for a long time )
