help for conversion stadium pes to fifa07

Hello i have see the tuto for convert stadium from pes to fifa07 but i have problem i don't understand how you modify file bin in sie and to sef!!!

And on blender there's no file import and stadium there's no stadium is ther somebody witch can help me or give a video for undrstand how it work?

For converting a bin to sef:
1-In SIE go to File->Import->Stadium from bin and open the main.bin file of the PES stadium. The stadium will open.
2-Go to file-->export-->Export to SEF. Choose the folder where you want to save your stadium and it´s note.

To open SEF in blender you have to install the SEF plugin for blender that is included in the SIE package. There is a video tutorial about how to do that there.
